“Aerial S.M.A.R.T. Flats project is based on our passion to utilize our design-build skills to implement co-habitation between people and pets. Our S.M.A.R.T. flats name is inspired by one of Aerial founder’s organization of “successfully managing animal rights today”. It is our vision to integrate a sustainable and modern design into an environment where pets and people live comfortably together to respect both of their needs. We believe our S.M.A.R.T. flats can work hand in hand with local communities to save neglected strays that are overcrowding the shelters. If a home is welcoming to the people and pets, it is more likely they will be accommodated. Not only can we provide a safe haven for these pets in residential homes, but also in retirement settings for improved health benefits. Our mission is to create happy pet/people settings that become the norm for animal lovers.”
